Many Stars Designs LLC promises that it will work to its professional ability, and in accordance with industry standards. However, Many Stars Designs LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, special, consequential or punitive, or any loss profits, as a result of a breach of contract, tort, negligent act, or any other action that may be in connection with this agreement. Notwithstanding the above, Many Stars Designs LLC’s liability shall not exceed the price the Customer paid for the services under this agreement. Finally, if any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

 

The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venue and jurisdiction for any claim arising out of the agreement shall rest in the state and federal courts of Collin County.
